Belly Update

Here's my latest belly picture for all of those who aren't around to appreciate it in person. I'm a little past the 35 weeks mark but we'll call it my 35-week picture anyway.

We don't exactly have a 35-week picture from the last time around. This washed out picture is from 34 weeks (how I should have looked about 10 days ago).

Catalina Coffee

Last night, Tyler took me on a date. It's been a long time since we've been able to get out of the house without Addilyn in tow so this was a pleasant surprise. This date was even more special because he took me to what is commonly viewed as the best coffee house in all of Houston. It was a very fun experience (not to mention delicious). They specialize in something called latte art. It's really cool so you have to check it out.

I don't know how they do it but it's really cool to see. I'm thinking our mochas must have been made by Lorenzo last night because they looked a lot like Lorenzo #1.
Anyway, if you're every in the area, I definitely recommend trying out Catalina Coffee.

Adventures with Addilyn

Addilyn is an independent and resourceful child. She often finds interesting ways to entertain herself when she gets bored. While Mommy was in the shower yesterday morning, she found her eyeliner and decided to give it a try herself. Look how pretty!

This picture really has nothing to do with anything I just said. I just thought it was a cute picture. She's enjoying her mac & cheese and looking very cute in her pig tails (although in this shot it looks more like a super cool 80's side ponytail because you can only see the one).

Quick and Dirty

Well we haven't updated the blog for a while and there is no good excuse. Here is a quick rundown of what has been going on. Daddy had an interview for a new job but didn't get it. Now he's wondering what he should be when he grows up, any suggestions? Momma has had a couple more Dr. appointments. They are pretty dull, but after we get to go to the park and play! Last weekend we drove up to KS for a quick trip. We got to see my new cousin Lily and my old cousin Oliver. Daddy did some Tae Kwon Do, he's testing for his 3rd degree these days. I was sick for a little bit and didn't eat much, but have been feeling much better these days. Here are some photos from recent days.
