Werewolf Bar Mitzvah, Spooky, Scary

Have you seen 30 Rock yet? You should watch it. It is by far the funniest show on TV these days.

Sorry, Daddy needed to get his plug in. How are you all? I'm good. Mommy is getting a pedicure and Daddy is rotating the tires on the van so I thought I would take this opportunity to update you all on my life. Christmas was good to me. Although the opening of gifts quickly became mundane compared to playing with gifts, I got through it. Thank you to all. This first photo shows me playing with a LEGO set that I bought with money from Aunts and Uncles. Daddy had a hand in what I should get, if you can believe that. I'm wearing a dress that I bought with money from my Canadian Great-Grandparents. It's awfully nice.

G&G Johnson's church even made me an ornament. It came the other day in a box with delicious cookies I'm told are called pepparkakor. More on those later. Since our tree was taken down by the time I got the ornament I demonstrated how it would be used and what it would look like in the following picture. To clarify I'm playing the role of tree.
The magnum opus of this year was a play kitchen set that Mommy and Daddy bought for me and others helped stock. It's pretty amazing. I can boil corn and talk on the phone and I really like to microwave electronic devices. I baked a cake the other day and we all ate it. It was yummy.

I also received a drum filled with other percussion items, books, a movie, clothes, stuffed friends, a some puppy slippers which I think were covered in the last blog. I'm sure there were other things and I'm sorry if I have forgotten them right now. Thank you all.

Now on to the pepparkakor. It's a gingerbready cookie that is likely of Swedish origin. A tradition in the Johnson side. Specifically the actual Johnson side. Grandpa made this year's batch I believe. Here we are enjoying the deliciousness.

And in closing I leave you with one last video. I started doing this on my own just the other day. I'm pretty sure I've seen Daddy do something similar but while standing.

Til next time,
Addilyn Elise
