Here we were driving through Michigan on the second leg of our Christmas Trip. Look how pretty it is, with all the trees and the snow.
After driving through all of Wisconsin, we arrived at the Mall of America for a little family fun. See the amusement park in the middle? We stopped there a few years back and rode a ride or two. Addilyn has been talking about wanting to ride some more rides when she got taller ever since.
We had to stop and check everyone's heights to see what they could ride.
Even Elias was tall enough to get in on the fun. Yay!
We didn't ride that.
Or that.
But we did ride that.
He was still pretty happy after his very first rollercoaster. Daddy was too.
We rode that too.
And Addilyn and Tyler rode that!
After all our amusement, we wandered the mall for a bit with Grandma and Grandpa J.
Rode the escalator.
Took in the sights. I wonder what could capture all of their attention so thoroughly?
Oh right, Lego.
Anyway, it ended up being a pretty fun evening. The bigger two got to ride two rides each and Elias got to try out the log ride for the first time. Super fun! And after a quick meal it was off to a hotel and on to the final leg of our trip, Grandma and Grandpa B's house.
